If you are having 3G supportable mobile then you might have getting tata docomo 3G networks and If not then change your mobile network setting to dual mode or UMTS mode. If then also you are not getting than keep patience you will get that soon in only 20 days.
And If you are getting Tata Docomo 3G networks than Activate any gprs plan and you will get 70-128 kbps speed.
